Beacon projects for 2025:
👉🏼 Biosensors
We are expanding our research from fundamental studies to applied and industrial-level development. We are now focusing more deeply on the creation of nanophotonic sensor prototypes enhanced with artificial intelligence
👉🏼 AI in Nanophotonics
We actively integrate machine learning and neural networks into the analysis of experimental data in projects related to security tags and biosensing
👉🏼 Advancing Applied Research
Alongside fundamental research, we are developing applied projects with commercial potential by streamlining internal processes within the team
👉🏼 Computational Methods in Optics and Materials Science
We calculate physico-chemical properties and model nanostructured and crystalline systems of varying complexity and dimensionality—including molecules, ribbons, thin films, crystals, and their interfaces
👉🏼 Educational Activities
Together with Mikhail Zyuzin’s research group, we contribute to the interdisciplinary educational track Hybrid Materials, which is part of the Advanced Quantum and Nanophotonics Systems Master’s program
👉🏼 Nurturing Future Scientists
We actively engage with school students by organizing events that spark their interest in science and encourage early involvement in research activities
