Research areas

  • Research of halide perovskite nano- and microlasers, including polariton ones
  • Research of advanced optoelectronic microdevices
  • Development of new methods for the synthesis of nano- and microcrystals and control of their chemical composition. Fabrication of complex photonic and optoelectronic devices based on them, using original physical and chemical approaches and methods. These devices can be used as compact sources of coherent radiation in photonic integrated circuits, optoelectronic ultrasensitive gas sensors, and memristors.
  • Another promising direction is luminescent memory microdevices, "memlumors". We are actively investigating the luminescent memory phenomenon in halide erovskites, which is associated with the nature of crystal lattice defects and the dynamics of photoexcited charge carriers.
