Our review paper "Metasurfaces: From microwaves to visible" has been recently published in Physics Reports.\ The aim of this review is classification of metasurfaces operating in the microwave, terahertz and optical ranges, based on their functionalities on the control over electromagnetic fields. Also in this paper physical principles of operation, requirements on the unit-cell structure as well as realization approaches are discussed.
