The Council for grants of the Government of the Russian Federation for state support of scientific researches defined names of 40 scientists-winners of the open public contest for getting grants from the Government of Russia for state support of scientific researches, which are maintained under the guidance of leading scientists in the Russian universities.\ Pavel Belov put in charge of implementing the project under the guidance of Yuri Kivshar, section "Physics".
