Abstract
The report presents the main results obtained during the work on thesis. The problems of the contribution of the finite distribution of nuclear magnetization to the hyperfine structure of the atom and the screening constant in an NMR experiment are considered in detail. In addition, we will discuss the solution to the problem of high-precision calculation of the atomic parameters of isotope shifts, with a detailed analysis of the theoretical error. Next, we consider interpretation of the experiments searching for electron electric dipole moment in terms of restrictions on the properties of axion-like particles.
