In this talk, I will present the results of experimental studies of the optical properties of excitons and exciton-polaritons in monolayers and heterostructures of transition metal dichalcogenides integrated with various planar structures.

Study of electroluminescence of perovskite micro- and nanoparticles (PhD attestation, in Russian)
Abstract

The research is dedicated to the study of electroluminescent properties of halide perovskite micro- and nanostructures. Outstanding optoelectronic properties and simple fabrication technology make halide perovskites promising materials for light-emitting devices. The results of this research will make it possible to create LEDs with improved brightness and color purity throughout the entire visible wavelength range, as well as electrically pumped nanolasers.
