Abstract
Our research focuses on angle-dependent metasurfaces, which exhibit remarkable changes in resonant frequency based on the angle of incidence. We will reveal how this unique property can be applied to sensing and provide a detailed explanation of our proposed method for precise quantitative predictions of the mechanical rotation angles required to compensate for resonance shift due to submicron analyte deposition.
