Crystalline silicon solar cells are the most widespread type of solar cells in the world. The existing technologies of such solar cells fabrication are completely perfect. Therefore the development of new methods for efficiency increasing of crystalline silicon solar cells is conducted. The present report describes the latest achievements in the laser technologies application for solar cells fabrication and focuses on the investigations in fabrication of «black» silicon surface and transparent conductive oxides for multicrystalline silicon solar cells.
