Pavel Dmitriev has been awarded a diploma for his report called "Single-stage fabrication of low-loss dielectric nanoresonators\ from high-loss material" at the 17th all-Russian young scientists' conference on the physics of semiconductors and nanostructures, semiconductor opto- and nanoelectrics.
