In this talk, I will present the results of numerical and experimental studies of different photonic nanostructures for perovskite optoelectronic devices. I'll tell you about the optical properties of perovskite-based nanostructures and their applications for topological, microdisk, and LED light enhancement.
Composite dielectric structures such as oligomers, which consist of individual nanoparticles, provide a more advanced means to manipulate light compared to individual nanoparticles of the same shape. This is due to optical coupling - hybridization of eigenmodes of individual nanoparticles forming a set of quasi-normal modes. In the case of strong optical coupling regime, mode frequencies exhibit a Rabi splitting which can be observed in scattering spectra. This talk is devoted to the conditions of a strong optical coupling regime in a dimer of dielectric nanopillars. I am also going discuss the coupling mechanism in the case when the nanopillars are grown together (overlapped). Finally, I will describe the study of the dimer modes in the weak coupling regime using the 'optical downfolding' method.
