The work is devoted to the development of passive photonic elements based on CsPbBr
3 fabricated using soft lithography methods. The main objective is to establish a technological approach that enables structuring of the perovskite material without its degradation while maintaining precise control over the geometry of the formed elements.
The key tool in this study is soft lithography with PDMS templates. This approach provides gentle and reproducible formation of structures and enables their subsequent morphological and optical characterization, which is necessary to assess the applicability of the obtained elements as parts of photonic devices.
The scientific significance of the work is associated with the transition from isolated demonstrations of perovskite microstructures to the formation of a technological basis for passive integrated photonics. The obtained results may serve as a foundation for the further development of more complex photonic circuits on a perovskite platform.
