2nd year PhD student attestation: Development of centimeter-scale photovoltaic devices based on halide perovskites with increased stability
Abstract

Nowaday the most important problem of perovskite solar cell is stability, in this case we used PEAI additive in perovskite solution for enhance stability of perovskite devices. We saw that additive PEAI in structure of triple cation perovskite show in ambient condition much better stability of films than reference. Solar cells based on triple cation with 5 % of additive in solution showed worse results than references devices but case with stability of films open new field of researching for devices. Encapsulation as an another option for decrease degradation of perovskite solar cells.
I will show you currently results which I got and second part of my talk will be about new field of science work which I'm doing now. We found out new simple way for synthesis monostructers based on CsPbBr3. Report about single crystals and disks based on this type of perovskite. Future plans on this field.
