In the last few years, halide perovskites have shown themselves to be a very promising material for creating optoelectronic devices, such as LEDs and solar cells. At the moment, various scientific groups are conducting research on the creation and optimization of the properties of devices based on perovskites, but the fabrication methods used for scientific research are not applicable for mass production. The development of methods of scaling and stabilizing perovskite LEDs will allow the transition from scientific research to the industrial production of perovskite LEDs.
