The presentation deals with biomedical signal processing and model-based analysis focusing on signals of cardiovascular origin. The aim of such analysis is to extract desired information from available physiological measurements. This is challenging, since the measurements usually provide indirect observations of complex phenomenon. Further, the processing methodology must account for individual variation as well as time dynamics and measurement noise. I will present some of my recent research including characterization of atrial fibrillation for personalized treatment.
