‘Perovskite CsPbX3 nanostructures generating stimulated emission in the visible wavelength range’ (in English)

Abstract: Over the last five years, inorganic lead halide perovskite nanostructures generating stimulated emission have emerged as prospective candidates to supersede AIIBIV and AIIIBV analogs for the development of photonic devices from nanoscale coherent light sources to ultrasensitive detectors. This is reasoned by the CsPbX3 (X = Cl, Br, I) material advantages over conventional semi-conductors such as defect tolerance, very efficient direct band-gap photo-luminescence and crystallization of the perovskites in the form of regular shaped nano- and microcavities from solution. The integration of optical active medium with nanostructured substrates and different nanoobjects, size and shape control, and near-surface refractive index variation could lead to superior laser performance of the former and open up prospects for new advanced photonic designs.

‘Spectroscopy of hybrid metasurfaces based on phase-change materials’ (in English)

Abstract: Optical MS have attracted a lot of attention because they are compact multifunctional devices and are perfect
to control the light on nanoscale, however their optical response is fixed at the fabrication stage. On the other hand there exist family of PCMs which have amorphous and crystalline phase states  which are both stable at normal conditions and have huge contrast in electrical and optical properties. And in our work we  suggest another  concept which combines properties of PCM and all-dielectic structures to bring tunability and smooth nonvolatile control on the optical response of hybrid structures.

‘Nickel oxide thin films produced by magnetron sputtering technique to use as hole transport layer in perovskite solar cells’ (in Russian)

Abstract: The report is devoted to thin and extremely thin films of nickel oxide obtained using the thermodynamically nonequilibrium technique of magnetron sputtering, as well as their properties depending on the technological parameters of sputtering. Part of the report will be devoted to the prospects of using thin transport layers of transition metal oxides as part of perovskite solar cells.

‘Generation of coherent radiation of the visible and THz ranges in metal-organic frameworks with complex topology’ (in Russian)

Abstract: This report will present the results of the interaction of single crystals of metal-organic frameworks with the laser radiation. Methods of an ultrafast synthesis of nanoscale derivatives of MOFs and their characterization will also be considered.
