PhD student (junior researcher) position in the area of perovskite thin-film optoelectronics

The Faculty of Physics of ITMO University invites a PhD student to join the team and work in the area of perovskite thin-film optoelectronics.

You will create and study new perovskite-based thin-film devices for optoelectronic cascade devices: solar cells, modules, and memory devices. This work is carried out at the intersection of chemistry, physics, and materials science. It includes the synthesis of thin films (by physical and chemical methods), measurements of optoelectronic properties, optical properties, and study of morphological changes in films. Numerical calculations experience is highly desirable.
